  • Reinsurance to join our team in Hanoi.

Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Country Head, Reinsurance Vietnam to drive insurance brokerage revenue growth for Treaty.
  • Be responsible for maintaining existing business portfolio and developing new clients with support from the manager.
  • Oversees the work of multiple client teams to ensure client deliverables achieve objectives.
  • In compliance with Aon Broker Guide of Treaty broking
  • Other responsibilities as directed by the manager.

Skills and experience that will lead to success.

  • University graduates
  • Proven Reinsurance experience in 10 years.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, market dynamics, and client needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Work under high pressure
  • Ability to lead and manage highperforming teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Good at English and Excel.
