1. Customer Service/Dịch vụ khách hàng

To provide customer service in excellent quality, accuracy and on-time and ensure customers sastify

Cung cấp dịch vụ khác hàng có chất lượng hoàn hảo, chính xác, đúng giờ, đảm bảo mang đến cho khách hàng sự hài lòng

Tiếp nhận các cuộc gọi, yêu cầu từ phía khách hàng hoặc đối tác từ các kênh tổng đài điện thoại, tin nhắn từ facebook, livechat, thư điện tử; tự xử lý hoặc phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan, sau đó theo dõi đến khi vấn đề được xử lý xong và khách hàng hài lòng.
- Deliver outbound calls: happy calls, following up calls and other calls as required.

Thực hiện định kỳ các cuộc gọi khảo sát mức độ hài lòng của khách hàng, các cuộc gọi theo dõi và các cuộc gọi khác khi được yêu cầu.
- Provide on time and acc urated reports/analysis/suggestions as required by line manager.

Nộp các báo cáo, phân tích, đề xuất kịp thời theo yêu cầu của trưởng bộ phận.
- Recording accurately, timely and keeping carefully documents, data.

Cập nhật chính xác, kịp thời và lưu trữ cẩn thận mọi tài liệu, dữ liệu.
- Other tasks as require by Line Manager from time to time.

2. KPIs
- Start working on time/ Làm việc đúng giờ
- Complaint escalation rate less than 1%/ tỷ lệ phàn nàn lên cấp trên ít hơn 1%
- 100% Customer complaints & inquiries are acted as a matter of urgency and importance following 1/1 promise.

Đảm bảo 100% yêu cầu hoặc phàn nàn của khách hàng đánh giá là quan trọng và gấp, được giải quyết theo đúng tiêu chuẩn Mỹ 1/1
- 100% reports are accurate and on time/100% báo cáo chính xác và đúng hạn
- No complaint from customers about working attitude.

Không có phàn nàn của khách hàng về thái độ phục vụ.
