Our client is a leading international hospital in Vietnam who is looking for HR Director to join their firm:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the hospitals overall goals and objectives.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to identify and address HR needs and challenges.
  • Providing guidance on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
  • Overseeing employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Conducting investigations into employee complaints and ensuring appropriate resolution.
  • Leading recruitment and selection efforts to attract and retain qualified healthcare professionals.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive talent management strategies, including performance management and career development programs.
  • Collaborating with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective workforce plans.
  • Managing the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Analyzing market trends and benchmarking data to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
  • Ensuring compliance with healthcarespecific regulations and providing guidance on compensationrelated matters.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines that align with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Providing training and education to employees and managers on HR policies and compliance matters.
  • Leading and supporting organizational change initiatives, such as restructuring, mergers, or acquisitions, from an HR perspective.
  • Facilitating effective communication and promoting a positive work culture during periods of change.
  • Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on change management strategies and processes.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Extensive experience in human resources management, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting. Knowledge of relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hospital's overall goals and objectives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess HR needs and develop appropriate solutions. Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse HR team. Solid understanding of employee relations principles and practices. Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts, conduct investigations, and address employee grievances. Experience in implementing and maintaining fair and effective performance management systems. Ability to lead and support organizational change initiatives. Skill in facilitating communication and fostering a positive work culture during periods of transition. Experience in managing restructuring, mergers, or acquisitions from an HR perspective.
