Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organizations goals and objectives.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and implement the companys employee branding strategy, in collaboration with the leadership team and other stakeholders.
  • Create and execute employee engagement programs that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and maintain the companys reputation as an employer of choice through branding initiatives that promote the organizations values, culture, and mission.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all internal and external channels.
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and hiring processes to ensure a diverse and qualified workforce.
  • Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Administer performance management processes to ensure fair and consistent evaluations and feedback.
  • Manage employee compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Foster a positive employee relations culture through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement programs.
  • Lead and manage the HR team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.

At least 10 years of experience in HR management, with a strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Priority for experience in finance, securities, fintech and investment industry, knowledge of brand management Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful employee branding and engagement initiatives. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance and maintain accurate records.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement data-driven HR strategies. Experience leading and managing HR teams, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop employees.
