Job summary:


Our client, a German IT outsourcing company with a long history in software solutions including CRMs, ERPs and cross-platform products, is looking for a Global Sales Manager/ Head.


Responsibilities:

  • Establish communication channels to connect with relevant decisionmakers at potential client organizations.
  • Schedule meetings with appropriate decisionmakers within potential client companies.
  • Identify opportunities for crossselling or upselling in both potential and existing client accounts, with managerial support.
  • Conduct thorough discussions with key stakeholders at client firms to uncover underlying challenges within their operational processes.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of clients' business landscapes and difficulties, and formulate potential solution hypotheses.
  • Explore potential collaboration opportunities with partners or other companies within the NFQ group when proposing deals.
  • Manage the progression of sales prospects from initial interest to the proposal stage.
  • Gain a profound comprehension of clients' business objectives and challenges, and provide context for why resolving these issues is crucial.
  • Deliver service overviews to potential clients in alignment with the established sales strategy.
  • Create impactful proposals by integrating solutions or services that not only align with client expectations but also offer a more competitive edge compared to rivals.
  • Evaluate proposals to ensure they encompass reasonable scopes, meet customer expectations, offer valid solutions, maintain quality, and address potential risks effectively.

Experience requirements:

  • Possesses a minimum of 68 years of Sales experience, with additional advantageous experience in the IT industry.
  • Acknowledged as a proficient specialist in a specific industry or system solution.
  • Demonstrates adeptness in sales techniques, problemsolving, and excels in presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities. Capable of conducting product demos effectively.
  • Exhibits a customercentric approach, displaying proactivity and an openminded attitude.
  • Proficient in English, with German language proficiency being a beneficial asset.

Education requirements:

  • Holds a degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field from a university
