  • Exploiting and developing relationships with assigned Key Accounts to expand the project
  • Coordinate with Solutions Planning department to come up with a new service model. Update new models for customers
  • Set up business plan (expansion revenue, number of new projects, profit rate,...) and ensure actual results according to the plan.
  • Analyze customer needs and internal resources to calculate quotes and recommend service models. Update new models for customers
  • Support Operations department to present proposals to customers
  • Participating in Operational improvement (with support from relevant departments)
  • Record customer feedback about the service. Coordinate with Operations department to solve requests from Customers
  • Report to General Manager
  • Client Success Unit

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluently in English (Equivalent to IELTS 7.5)
  • At least 4 years working experience with minimum 1 years experience in same position
  • Proven track record of successful global sales management
  • Must have strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen
  • Understanding of customer, market dynamics and requirements
  • Strong collaboration and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Good presentation skills and report writing capability
  • Analytic mindset, proactive, dedicated, committed & passionate
  • Customer service & sales oriented
  • Can be work independent as well as teamwork
