- Exploiting and developing relationships with assigned Key Accounts to expand the project
- Coordinate with Solutions Planning department to come up with a new service model. Update new models for customers
- Set up business plan (expansion revenue, number of new projects, profit rate,...) and ensure actual results according to the plan.
- Analyze customer needs and internal resources to calculate quotes and recommend service models. Update new models for customers
- Support Operations department to present proposals to customers
- Participating in Operational improvement (with support from relevant departments)
- Record customer feedback about the service. Coordinate with Operations department to solve requests from Customers
- Report to General Manager
- Client Success Unit

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluently in English (Equivalent to IELTS 7.5)
- At least 4 years working experience with minimum 1 years experience in same position
- Proven track record of successful global sales management
- Must have strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen
- Understanding of customer, market dynamics and requirements
- Strong collaboration and relationshipbuilding skills
- Good presentation skills and report writing capability
- Analytic mindset, proactive, dedicated, committed & passionate
- Customer service & sales oriented
- Can be work independent as well as teamwork
