- Comprehensive sales planning on both a territory and account basis.
- Remain informed of products and services to perform sales activities more effectively. Consistently identify new business opportunities at existing and potential customers to ensure sustained profitable growth.
- Maintain accurate CRM (Customer Relationship Management) records, including specific forecasts.
- Utilize all available resources, differentiating the organization to grow the business...
- Grow and maintain high quality and potential funnels which are adequate to meet financial targets.
- Identify and develop relationships with the key decision makers, uncover new business opportunities, recommend differentiated solutions, negotiate, and win the business.
- Meet or exceed financial targets of purchase orders, which contribute to divisional profit and growth objectives.
- Conform to company regulations including commitments to business ethical manner.

Duy trì hồ sơ Quản lý Quan hệ Khách hàng chính xác, bao gồm các dự báo cụ thể.

Phát triển và duy trì các kênh tiềm năng và chất lượng cao, đủ để đáp ứng các mục tiêu tài chính.

Xác định và phát triển mối quan hệ với những người ra quyết định quan trọng, khám phá những cơ hội kinh doanh mới, đề xuất các giải pháp khác biệt, đàm phán và giành được công việc kinh doanh.

Đạt hoặc vượt chỉ tiêu tài chính của đơn đặt hàng, góp phần vào mục tiêu tăng trưởng và lợi nhuận của bộ phận.

Tuân thủ các quy định của Công ty bao gồm các cam kết về đạo đức kinh doanh.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor's Degree (Electrical Engineer, Automation Control, or related majors).
- Good verbal and writing communication in English.
- 3+ years of direct sales experience to Engineering firms (EPC) and end user, or industry experience, preferably in a technology or process automation-oriented business.
- 3+ years' experience of executing solution selling methodologies in a matrix team environment.
- 3+ years' experience of expanding the existing account base.
- 3+ years' experience of CRM knowledge and using MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- 3+ year experience of dealing with industrial markets (Ex. Refining Oil, Gas, Metals & Mining, Chemicals, Pulp & Paper, Manufacturing, IoT) as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Account Executive.
- Ability to quickly learn new technology and translate it into solutions that address customer needs.
- Demonstrated understanding of pricing strategy.
- Ability to create demands for solutions, position the company brand awareness in a highly differentiated manner.
- Being a highly motivated team member with a mature, positive attitude and a passion for working with customers to drive our business.Bằng cử nhân (Kỹ sư Điện, Điều khiển Tự động hóa hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan).

Từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm bán hàng trực tiếp cho các công ty Kỹ thuật (EPC) và người dùng cuối hoặc kinh nghiệm trong ngành, tốt nhất là trong lĩnh vực kinh doanh theo định hướng tự động hóa quy trình hoặc công nghệ.

Từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm thực hiện các phương pháp bán giải pháp trong môi trường nhóm ma trận.

Từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm mở rộng cơ sở khách hàng hiện có.

Từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm về kiến thức Quản lý Quan hệ Khách hàng và sử dụng MS Office (Đặc biệt là MS Excel)

Từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm giao dịch với các thị trường công nghiệp (Ví dụ: Lọc dầu, Khí đốt, Kim loại & Khai thác mỏ, Hóa chất, Giấy & Bột giấy, Sản xuất, Internet vạn vật) với tư cách
