  • Checking construction quality and do handover work.
  • Dissemination of technical requirements and installation details for construction personnel to known.
  • Followup, manage construction cost and design based on project's pricing plan
  • Coordinate with owner, consultant, main contractor, any related government, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Consider creative solution that would match requirement, standard, would reduce manpower, cost and time
  • Estimate / make rough quotation from layout drawing, make quotation from design drawing
  • Negotiate with customers according to the strategies of BOD

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in mechanical engineering
  • Certification of Supervision/Design issued by Construction Department/Ministry
  • Good at in using AUTO-CAD/REVIT
  • 10year experience in MEP management
  • Indepth interview of MEP systems and equipment used in factory, highrise building
  • Knowledge of laws relating to Investment in Construction (Planning Law, Construction Law, Law on Fire Protection, Law on Environmental Protection, Housing Law, Land Law, Investment Law) and below documents the law.
  • Knowledge of Vietnamese Standards and Standards System on Construction, Design
  • Civil Construction.
  • Knowledge of international standards of expertise such as CP, BS, ASTM, Ashrae, AS
  • Skills to handle problems arising from design and construction in factory, highrise buildings.
  • Skills to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Ability to communicate and read English documents (Japanese in advance)
  • Be responsible and can travel for business trip
