**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp từ cao đẳng trở lên (Ưu tiên về marketing, truyền thông hoặc một lĩnh vực liên quan)
- 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực marketing số, tập trung mạnh vào phát triển chiến lược và triển khai trong Performance Marketing hoặc Digital Planning.
- Có kinh nghiệm về marketing trong lĩnh vực di trú là một lợi thế.
- Thành thạo các công cụ phân tích web và các nền tảng marketing số, như Google Analytics, Google Ads và Facebook Ads Manager.
- Kinh nghiệm quản lý các chiến dịch quảng cáo tích hợp đa kênh.
- Thành công đã được chứng minh trong việc tối ưu hóa chuyển đổi.
- Làm việc tốt trong nhóm và có thái độ hợp tác, tích cực và mục tiêu.
- Có kỹ năng viết lách là một lợi thế.
