**About the Team**:
- 1. Merchant management/ Quản lý khách hàng:
- Directly resolve merchant related issues/ Trực tiếp giải quyết những vấn đề liên quan đến khách hàng.
- Focus on developing assigned merchants and finding new merchants/ Tập trung vào việc phát triển các khách hàng được chỉ định và tìm kiếm khách hàng mới.
- Meeting and consulting with customers to build appropriate commercial cooperation contracts following merchants' needs/ Gặp gỡ và tư vấn cho khách hàng để xây dựng những hợp đồng hợp tác thương mại phù hợp với nhu cầu của khách hàng.
- Build and maintain long-term sustainable relationships with merchants/ Xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ bền vững lâu dài với khách hàng.
- Forecast and track data on contract implementation status of merchants/ Dự đoán và theo dõi số liệu về tình hình triển khai hợp đồng của khách hàng.
- 2. Operation and Management of Contracts/ Vận hành và Quản lý các hợp đồng:
- Implement, monitor and report effectively delivery cooperation programs and provide solutions in line with the next plan for the client - a new contract/ Triển khai, theo dõi, báo cáo hiệu quả các chương trình hợp tác giao hàng và đưa ra giải pháp phù hợp với kế hoạch tiếp theo cho khách hàng - hợp đồng mới.
- Ensure the delivery of services and products to customers is done by timeline, have a responsive manner for customer needs and goals/ Đảm bảo việc cung cấp dịch vụ và sản phẩm cho khách hàng được thực hiện đúng lúc, đáp ứng được nhu cầu và mục tiêu của khách hàng.
- Coordinate with related departments to develop and operate cooperation contracts for customers row/ Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để phát triển và vận hành các hợp đồng hợp tác cho khách hàng.
- Optimizing the way of working between related departments to serve the interests of customers and company growth/ Tối ưu hóa cách thức làm việc giữa các bộ phận liên quan để phục vụ cho lợi ích của khách hàng và sự phát triển của công ty.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or College's degree in a Business Administration or related field./ Tốt nghiệp Đại học/Cao Đẳng chuyên ngành Quản Trị Kinh Doanh hoặc liên quan.
- Prior experience in F&B or sales in E-commerce, E-Wallet, POS, etc./ Có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực F&B hoặc Thương Mại Điện Tử, E-wallet, POS,...
- Communication skills and negotiation skills./ Kĩ năng giao tiếp và đàm phán
