- Xây dựng chiến lược, phát triển dự án mảng Digital Plan cho khách hàng và các chương trình, dự án của TV Hub.
- Lập kế hoạch phát triển dịch vụ digital marketing quý/năm, chủ trì lập các báo cáo/ nghiên cứu digital marketing ngành/ lĩnh vực và nghiên cứu phát triển content/ format/ platform trên tất cả các tool digital

Lập và giám sát triển khai Digital plan TV Hub và cho khách hàng
- Phát triển các chiến lược cụ thể để tạo ra và duy trì mức độ tương tác cao của Công ty và đối tác
- Đánh giá nghiên cứu khách hàng, điều kiện thị trường và dữ liệu đối thủ cạnh tranh
- Đo lường và báo cáo hiệu suất của tất cả các chiến dịch tiếp thị kỹ thuật số

Quản lý digital & PR
- Giám sát các tài khoản truyền thông xã hội của Công ty.
- Quản lý tiến độ và hiệu quả của các Agency đối tác

Quan hệ khách hàng & sale
- Làm việc với các NCC/agencies/ suppliers cho digital marketing services để chọn ra best deals cho từng tool.
- Xây dựng chiến lược phát triển khách hàng
- Lập kế hoạch và triển khai thực hiện kế hoạch kinh doanh các dịch vụ digital marketing
- Hoàn thành doanh số cam kết

Giám sát, quản lý và đào tạo nhân sự
- Theo dõi, giám sát đánh giá chất lượng, hiệu quả công việc của nhân sự trực thuộc bộ phận

Quản trị và báo cáo
- Quản lý team, tiến độ công việc
- Báo cáo tình hình hoạt động cho CEO

Yêu Cầu:

- Kinh nghiệm làm việc từ 3 năm trở lên trong lĩnh vực Online Marketing, trong đó tối thiểu 2 năm ở vị trí quản lý.
- Ứng viên có mối quan hệ rộng trong ngành Marketing, Online/Digital là một lợi thế.
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành kinh tế, ngoại thương, CNTT
- Có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Digital, Quảng cáo, Truyền thông, Sales, Marketing
- Tiếng Anh: thành thạo 4 kỹ năng
- Sử dụng thành thạo Web và các phần mềm: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet
