Our client is a startup fin-tech company in Vietnam who is looking for an experienced to join their team:

  • Direct the operations and new product strategy of product management
  • Define product strategy in accordance with market research, customer feedback, and business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with different departments to develop innovative products that satisfy customer requirements and stimulate business expansion.
  • Do market research and competitive assessment to identify innovation and differentiation opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a product road map and assure strategy alignment.
  • Identify and prioritize the products requirements and features, and collaborate with the engineering team to assure ontime delivery
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from concept development to launch and postlaunch evaluation
  • Keep track of product performance and user feedback, and perpetually enhance the products usability
  • Establish and maintain solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as business partners, investors, and customers.
  • Construct and direct a highperforming product team, and mentor and guide team members


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering/Business or related field; At least 8+ years of product management experience in a technology-driven company.

Experience in fintech/banking/finance/startup environment is preferred Experienced with Agile development methodologies, and ability to adapt to changing market and business needs Proven track record of successfully launching and managing innovative fintech products throughout their lifecycle.

Strong leadership and team management skills are necessary to lead and inspire cross-functional product teams. Able to communicate the product vision effectively, strategy, and roadmap to internal stakeholders, executives, and external partners.
