**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Tiếp nhận, theo dõi và xử lý các Hợp đồng sau khiếu nại được chỉ định của cấp quản lý để đảm bảo rằng tất cả các khiếu nại được xử lý đúng quy
- Phối hợp với các Đơn vị liên quan để xử lý khủng hoảng / sự cố phát sinh thêm trong quá trình theo dõi và giữ liên lạc với Khách hàng
- Đem lại sự hài lòng cho Khách hàng thông qua việc hướng dẫn, hỗ trợ thanh toán trong 1 thời gian nhất định sau xử lý khiếu nại. Tạo cho Khách hàng thói quen thanh toán tốt và nhận thức tầm quan trọng của việc thanh toán tốt.
- Đề xuất, góp ý đối với các quy trình kinh doanh và các hoạt động liên quan khác để đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ và nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ của VPB FC
- Thực hiện những công việc khác được phản công bởi Trưởng Nhóm Chăm Sóc Khách Hàng (Cao Cấp)

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng trở lên.
- Ítt nhất 02 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực chăm sóc khách hàng, ưu tiên ứng viên làm trong ngành tài chính.
- Có kinh nghiệm xử lý tín dụng hoặc giải quyết khiếu nại qua điện thoại hoặc trực tiếp là lợi thế.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt
- Khả năng trích xuất số liệu cần thiết
- Tập trung vào khách hàng
- Kỹ năng giải quyết / phân tích vấn đề Problem
- Có kĩ năng làm việc đa năng
