**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: triệu VNĐ)
- Thực hiện các công việc về chăm sóc khách hàng được phân công từ quản lý bộ phận.
- Hỗ trợ các vấn đề, thắc mắc của khách hàng và chuyển thông tin tới các phòng ban
- Chuẩn bị báo giá theo yêu cầu của khách hàng, lập dự thảo hợp đồng cho khách hàng
- Liên hệ với khách hàng, đại lý của công ty để nhận thông tin lô hàng
- Giải quyết khiếu nại của khách hàng và các vấn đề liên quan đến hàng hóa.

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:

- Mức lương hoa hồng
- Thưởng hàng năm các ngày lễ (2/9, 1/5, Trung thu, 1/6, Tết Dương, ngày thành lập công ty, Tết Âm)
- Phụ cấp cơm trưa 45k/ngày, cấp sim điện thoại
- Khám sức khỏe và đi du lịch hàng năm.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Học vấn, Kinh nghiệm:

- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng, Đại học chuyên ngành Kinh tế, Ngoại thương, Xuất nhập khẩu, Quản trị kinh doanh,...và các ngành khác có liên quan.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm 01 năm trở lên trong ngành logistics
- Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Trung nghe nói, đọc viết thành thạo

Kiến thức:

- Am hiểu về lĩnh vực Logistics

Kỹ năng & Năng lực
- Chịu được áp lực công việc và gắn bó với công ty.
- Có kỹ năng thương lượng, đàm phán.
- Nhanh nhẹn, có khả năng giao tiếp tốt
- Đam mê kinh doanh, máu lửa
