Quản lý các hoạt động liên quan đến an toàn, cải tiến

- Trách nhiệm được nêu chi tiết trong chính sách Tiêu Chuẩn Quản Lý An Toàn và Sức Khỏe của tập đoàn Toll.
- Cung cấp thông tin / hướng dẫn / đào tạo / giám sát để đảm bảo rằng các yêu cầu năng lực về an toàn và sức khỏe được đáp ứng và xem xét.
- Đảm bảo nhân viên được đào tạo và tuân thủ các chính sách làm việc, thủ tục và hệ thống an toàn của công việc.
- Đảm bảo rằng các quy trình làm việc an toàn được phát triển và thường xuyên rà soát lại để xác định các công việc có rủi ro cao.
- Hỗ trợ người lao động cải thiện hiệu suất sức khỏe và an toàn thông qua huấn luyện và kèm cặp
- Tham gia đánh giá, kiểm tra các hoạt động về an toàn và sức khỏe
- Lưu trữ hồ sơ an toàn và sức khỏe cần thiết
- Đảm bảo rằng trách nhiệm về sức khỏe và an toàn của nhân viên và nhà thầu được truyền đạt một cách hiệu quả.
- Đảm bảo rằng tất cả các nhân viên mới và nhân viên điều chuyển được hướng dẫn phù hợp và có thẩm quyền để thực hiện tất cả các nhiệm vụ được giao.
