**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct periodic meetings with Logistics Coordinators to ensure compliance to customers’ standards and requirements.
- Organize regular meetings with Logistics Coordinators to ensure adherence to customers' standards and requirements.
- Supervise, monitor, and direct logistics Coordinators to align with customers' and vendors' demands.
- Implement established processes and conduct audits to uphold customers' requirements at agreed levels.
- Collaborate with other functional/departmental managers to comprehend essential aspects and operational development needs, and to ensure their complete awareness of customer services objectives, purposes, and accomplishments.
- Enforce and follow customers service requirements as outlined in Logistics Procedure.
- Resolve problems - ensure immediate addressing of issues and escalate to Operations Manager when potential cost impacts and service concerns arise.
- Supervise and uphold operations reports and inventory records, generate reports and analyses to predict space and resource needs for adapting to changing volume trends.
- Guarantee timely and accurate provision of required reports.
- Optimize processes to attain cost reductions and ensure profitability.
- Allocate resources among inter/intra departments to guarantee adequate resources are assigned to handle fluctuations in volumes and growing customer demands.
- Supervise service providers to ensure alignment with customers' requirements.
- Regularly assess costs and revenue, conduct benchmarking exercises, and ensure competitiveness in the marketplace.
- Plan, schedule, coordinate, and prioritize team tasks, ensure proper assignment, and adequate staffing of facilities.
- Continuously identify and train a team of Logistics Coordinators to professionally address customers' demands.
- Periodically review and train service providers, customs, and warehouse labor personnel.
- Consistently pinpoint service gaps, provide recommendations, and implement solutions for heightened customer satisfaction.
- Manage all trucking activities from cfs to ports and inbound shipment.

**Requirements**:

- University Degree
- Accumulate a minimum of 7 years of work experience within the logistics sector and demonstrate a history of overseeing Operations Management (warehousing & distribution).
- Possess comprehensive local knowledge regarding regulations, regional practices, and cultural distinctions.
- Experience working with MNC accounts (managing intricate business rules).
- Data-oriented and process-focused leadership style, experience in leading big teams.
- Capitalize on technology or rally appropriate stakeholders to execute solutions.
- Highly value cross-functional exposure, with international work experience offering an additional advantage.
