1. Mục đích công việc:

- Nghiên cứu, lên kế hoạch cho các chiến dịch marketing.
- Nghiên cứu, thực hiện các công việc Digital marketing.
- Chịu trách nhiệm về các hoạt động truyền thông, PR, tổ chức sự kiện và digital marketing của công ty.

2. Mô tả công việc:

- Thực hiện các chiến dịch marketing chung:

- Nghiên cứu sản phẩm, lên kế hoạch cho các chiến dịch marketing.
- Thực hiện các hoạt động nghiên cứu thị trường, khảo sát nhu cầu, phân tích hành vi khách hàng.
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các phòng ban có liên quan (sales, tech) trong hoạt động triển khai chiến dịch marketing.
- Tham gia tổ chức các sự kiện nội bộ công ty.
- Triển khai thực hiện, quản lý ngân sách và chi phí tiếp thị trực tuyến.
- Chụp ảnh, quay phim và hỗ trợ thực hiện những buổi phỏng vấn, quay phim.
- Phụ trách admin và lên lịch đăng bài website, youtube, group, facebook fanpage của công ty.
- Quản lý và điều hướng Group.
- Digital marketing:

- Nghiên cứu tài liệu, cập nhật xu hướng để đưa ra phương án phát triển digital marketing cho công ty.
- Đánh giá hiệu quả các kênh digital theo từng chiến dịch và theo yêu cầu của quản lý.
- Quản lý các chiến dịch digital marketing được thực hiện bởi các Agency.
- Các hoạt động khác:

- Hỗ trợ các thành viên trong phòng khi cần thiết.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác do cấp trên giao.
- Tham gia hỗ trợ công ty trong các hoạt động nội bộ.
- Thời gian làm việc:

- Ca sáng: Từ 8h00 đến 12h00
- Ca chiều: Từ 13h30 - 17h30. Nghỉ trưa: 1h30
- Làm việc từ sáng thứ 2 đến hết sáng thứ 7 hàng tuần

**Chức vụ**: Nhân Viên/Chuyên Viên

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:

- Lương upto 15 triệu/tháng
- Chế độ thăng cấp, tăng lương hấp dẫn: Được xem xét ngay khi bạn là một nhân viên xuất sắc mà không cần theo hạn định chung.
- Nghỉ phép 12 ngày/ năm.
- Đóng BHXH, BHYT đầy đủ theo quy định nhà nước.
- Chương trình teambuilding được tổ chức thườngniên.
- Chế độ du lịch: 1 năm/ 1 lần.
- Được làm việc trong môi trường trẻ trung, năng động, được tạo cơ hội phát triển bản thân tối đa và có hướng dẫn từ những người có kinh nghiệm, đồng nghiệp.
- Thưởng những ngày lễ trong năm và kết quả lợi nhuận kinh doanh trong năm của công ty.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Nghiên cứu am hiểu thị trường và thị hiếu khách hàng
- Phân tích, phản biện, xử lý thông tin.
- Làm việc độc lập và làm việc nhóm.
- Hiểu rõ tính chất các kênh truyền thông.
- Ưu tiên kinh nghiệm 2 năm trở lên làm Marketing Executive
- Ưu tiên ứng viên đã từng làm sản phẩm SaaS.
