**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Lập kế hoạch Trade Marketing chu kỳ 12 tháng cho các nhãn hàng được phân công
- Giám sát/ thúc đẩy nhân viên & đối tác thực thi các hoạt động/ chương trình trade marketing đã được phê duyệt
- Giám sát nhân viên bảo quản & nâng cấp các nguồn lực phục vụ các hoạt động Trade MKT (kho vật liệu quảng cáo, bảo quản các vật liệu quảng cáo đang sử dụng, đánh giá/thay mới các supplier/agency )
- Giám sát, huấn luyện, thúc đẩy nhân viên tuân thủ các qui định của công ty
- Đề xuất các nội dung cải tiến các qui trình hiện có và xây dựng qui trình mới
- Đánh giá năng lực nhân viên, đề xuất các hoạt động, chương trình huấn luyện để nâng cao năng lực nhân viên
- Tuyển dụng, huấn luyện, bố trí công việc cho nhân viên

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
1. Học vấn : Đại học, có chứng chỉ liên quan tới Trade Marketing (event, merchandising )

2. Kinh nghiệm:

- 3 năm làm việc ở bộ phận Trade Marketing hoặc tương đương.
- 1 năm làm quản lý bộ phận merchandising tại kênh Modern Trade cho các sản phẩm chăm sóc cá nhân hoặc tẩy rửa.
- Đã từng làm việc với nhãn hàng Nhật.

3. Kiến thức chuyên môn : Đã tham gia các khóa học về trưng bày siêu thị hoặc tương đương

4. Kỹ năng chuyên môn:

- Xây dựng được planogram cho các kênh bán lẻ khác nhau, bắt buộc là MT & GT.
