**Job description**:

- Dựa trên các nghiên cứu nhu cầu phát triển sản phẩm tài chính (SPTC) đã có, xây dựng đề bài yêu cầu SPTC từ tổng thể đến chi tiết, đánh giá mức độ ảnh hưởng, phối hợp với bộ phận công nghệ để triển khai xây dựng chi tiết sản phẩm.
- Xây dựng yêu cầu theo từng test cases và nghiệm thu, tài liệu sử dụng sản phẩm và hệ thống.
- Quản trị dự án phát triển sản phẩm, phối hợp chặt chẽ cùng bộ phận Công nghệ trên danh mục công việc phụ trách để đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng sản phẩm nghiệm thu theo đúng chính sách/kế hoạch đã được duyệt.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận có liên quan để lên check-list go live sản phẩm theo từng giai đoạn và hoàn thiện các tài liệu hướng dẫn, quy trình vận hành sản phẩm.
- Phối hợp cùng team vận hành QTRR để xây dựng khung đo lường hiệu suất sản phẩm, đo lường phản hồi từ Khách hàng và đề xuất những cải tiến phù hợp với nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm.

- Trình độ học vấn: Cử nhân hoặc cao hơn thuộc các ngành Kinh tế - Tài chính - Ngân hàng hoặc các ngành có liên quan đến kinh tế - tài chính
- Kinh nghiệm: ít nhất 1 - 2 năm trong ngành tài chính, ưu tiên người có vững kiến thức về chứng khoán và hoạt động của thị trường chứng khoán Việt Nam.
- Kỹ năng khác:

- Kỹ năng phân tích và chi tiết
- Hiểu biết thị trường chứng khoán/tài chính
- Kỹ năng về số/ toán học
- Khả năng tổ chức và lập kế hoạch
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và thuyết trình
