**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Second level support and resolution of accounting system's related user queries/requests/issues (service request tickets) in a timely fashion. Maintaining ongoing support documentation in Support Wiki. Working with first, and third level support and end users to resolve service request tickets in a timely manner. Meeting service level agreement (SLA) commitments defined for the service request tickets. Compiling and providing issues trends and SLA met/missed statistics. Providing Recommendations for fixes/improvements to accounting systems to reduce incidents and promote efficiency

**Yêu Cầu**:

- At least 2 years experience in a Production or Business Support Analyst role and 1 year of experience with SQL queries. Good at English communiation. A knowledge of investments and financial instruments would be beneficial to this role. Experience with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow. Microsoft Office basic knowledge and experience required. Strong knowledge and working experience are advantageous. Knowledge of basic Linux/Unix command line language. Ability to read and understand C++ programming code. Ability to read and understand SQL written functions and procedures.
