**Job description**:

- Thu thập và phân tích thông tin nghiệp vụ, yêu cầu của khách hàng
- Phân tích quy trình nghiệp vụ và đưa ra những giải pháp, phương án nhằm cải tiến
- Soạn thảo yêu cầu của khách hàng thành văn bản, làm technical specification.
- Lên kế hoạch, quản lý tiến độ dự án, phạm vi dự án, chi phí
- Tổ chức họp, workshop với các bên liên quan
- Trao đổi, hợp tác với developer về các yêu cầu nghiệp vụ, từ đó đưa ra các giải pháp về kỹ thuật
- Hợp tác với team QA, đảm bảo chất lượng đầu ra của sản phẩm dịch vụ
- Giám sát quá trình thực hiện dự án, update tình hình dự án cho các bên liên quan
- Khảo sát, nghiên cứu về business trend, xu hướng đổi mới của kỹ thuật và phân tích, đánh giá về khả năng áp dụng trend, kỹ thuật mới đó

- Thành thạo 4 kỹ năng nghe, nói, đọc, viết tiếng Hàn
- Có năng lực quản lý, giao tiếp trôi chảy
- Thái độ làm việc chuyên nghiệp, chịu được áp lực công việc
- Có ý chí cầu tiền, tinh thần học hỏi
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trên 4 năm làm việc trong lĩnh vực IT (Các ứng viên có kinh nghiệm thực hiện các công việc sau)- Quản lý nhân lực, quản lý khách hàng, hành chính,...
- Phát triển, quản lý dự án, coordination, BA,...
- Tiếp nhận order dự án mới, làm báo giá, làm business proprosal, networking với các doanh nghiệp cùng ngành nghề,...
- Ưu tiên các ứng cử viên đã có kinh nghiệm quản lý, theo dõi lịch trình dự án dựa trên tiêu chuẩn MM/MD/MH
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có năng lực nắm bắt xu hướng đổi mới về nghiệp vụ, kỹ thuật
