  • Collect and clarify requirements from customers.
  • Analyze and develop business requirements specification documents, sample interface design documents (prototypes, wireframes) and business processes (workflow), data flow for software development team.
  • Support the development team to understand the business requirements.
  • Perform product quality control to ensure that it meets professional requirements.
  • Drafting user manuals, organizing instructions, supporting users to use the product and assisting in troubleshooting when problems occur.
  • Demo system for new customers.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • 1~2 years of working experience in securities or IT business analyst.
  • Experience in collecting and analyzing customer requirements, business processes, business analysis, system development and software specification.
  • Capable of building and designing business requirements specification documents, building test scenarios (UAT).
  • Good communication and document writing skills
  • Can communication inEnglish.
