Job Description:

The objective of the Role

  • Coordinate with the department to implement system improvement projects
  • Work with IT to transform processes into the digital system
  • Provide other support (report, admin, research,...) for the management team

Responsibility

  • Providing reports to improve business processes
  • Collaborating with departments for the purpose of collecting data and executing company projects
  • Creating and maintaining documentation that includes the design, requirements, and user manuals for the organization
  • Support with admin tasks ( research, scheduling, logistics,...) for the Executive Assistant to the CEO
  • Analyzing business requirements and processes and recommending them to the management and executives for implementation
Job Requirements

  • Require Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent in Excel, reports,...
  • Ability to understand sales & report systems quickly
  • Highly customeroriented and passionate aboutá reports, systems, tracking
  • Ability to work remotely (in the office and beyond office hours)
  • Strong problemsolving skills. Able to identify potential issues and find ways to preempt them.
  • Ability to communicate and influence others in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Demonstrable belief in the vision, mission, and values of Apollo.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset. Ability to work in ambiguity with a positive attitude and ownership spirit.
  • Being an Apollo member is an advantage
