Supply Chain Assurance team in

Roles & Responsibility

  • Support new supplier onboarding and SER risk assessment
  • Followup and review corrective actions with suppliers on regular basis
  • Educate suppliers to remediate nonconformances
  • Monitor 3rd party audit process to ensure high audit quality and drive fast progress
  • Communicate with audit firms for audit plan and improve reporting quality etc.
  • Review and rate supplier SER performance on quarterly basis, and communicate with suppliers and internal commodity teams to drive improvement
  • Support supplier capability building programs as appropriate and other industry initiatives in the region
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to drive supplier SER improvement

Essential Requirements

  • At least 5 years working experience, 3 years in conducting RBA audits or similar audit programs, and overseeing corrective actions
  • ISO14001, OHSAS18001, SA8000, RBA lead auditor certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of factory and supply chain operations
  • Understanding of international labor standards and local/region regulations as well
  • Ability to work with senior level management at Dell and suppliers to get buyin and implement SER programs to improve factory management systems and overall working conditions
  • Experience in working effectively with cross function teams and global team members with diverse culture background
  • Fluent spoken and written local language, as well as strong written and spoken English. Other regional languages desirable
