What We Can Offer:

  • Responsible for the daily operation risk management in terms of procurement, supply chain, logistic, customs matters.
  • Handling and preparation of documents in terms of Purchase Order (PO), Delivery Order (DO), Proforma Invoice (PI), Invoice, Bill of Landing, Letter of Credit (LC) and related to operations documents.
  • Liaises with forwarder/forwarding agent where to find related to shipment schedule arrangement etc. Ensure that client's shipment period is performed as referred to the terms and conditions of all contracts.
  • Subject to dealing with forwarding agents/forwarder, shipment companies and Customs in order to deliver products/items to warehouse/site accordingly.

Procurement operations:
to source, review and negotiations when doing products comparison and involves product/spare parts matching the procurement requirements.

  • Execute processes and deliverables that support internal team governance processes.
  • To support and assist to the Manager/Leader when handling with local law firms, external lawyers and regulatory agencies (if any).
  • This role will be participating in the compliance review, risks assessment of the company. Perform risk assessment verification to our rental customer.
  • Comply to standard operating procedure (SOP) and all documentations must be updated. Maintaining an effective filing and records system.
Other Duties

  • Assist and support to overseas markets and business expansion etc.
  • Updates a weekly, monthly reports and improvement plan etc."

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Logistic or equivalent.
  • Able to work under mínimal supervision and independently.
  • Resultoriented.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin will be added advantage.
