Admin Manager duties:

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
  • Manage schedules and deadlines
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments

HR Manager duties:

HR system and process and procedures

  • Develop a system of regulations, rules and processes in Human resources.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Human resources planning:_
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Compensation & benefits:_
  • Develop policies, regulations and manage activities related to human resources: probation, employment contract, salary, bonus, annual leave, timesheet, social insurance, unemployment insurance, thirdparty insurance, union funds allowance payout, perdiem, travel policies, etc
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Develop and ensure implementation of the Performance Evaluation system (KPI) and Employee Competency Assessment
  • Recruitment:_
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Implement recruitment and employer branding projects to meet the longterm and shortterm needs of human resources;

Learning & Development & Training

  • Staff relations & retention & compliance:_
  • Act as a bridge between the Board of Directors and employees through addressing demands, aspirations, conflicts or other issues;
  • Maintaining good relations with employees to understand their needs/concerns and promote a positive work place.
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Capable of handling complain/conflicts between employee and Board of Directors

Qualifications and Skills Required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Human resource management (preferred) or Administration or other degrees. Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)
  • SHRM Certified Professional or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) is desirable
  • A minimum of 7 years of human resource management or related field experience is essential
  • A minimum of 5 years of office/admin management experience is essential
  • A minimum of 3 years of executive assistant experience is desired

  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
