**I. **MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**:
**Nhiệm vụ hiện tại**:

- Tổ chức vận hành quản trị team Trade MKT.
- Lập kế hoạch hành động & quản lý sử dụng ngân sách Trade MKT.

**_1. Visual Merchandising:_**

- Phối hợp với MKT, PM, SI phát triển các ý tưởng, chiến lược về công cụ trưng bày sản phẩm, quầy kệ, vật phẩm POSM và tài liệu truyền thông/quảng cáo tại điểm bán.
- Thiết lập Bộ Tiêu chuẩn trưng bày & Quy trình Đánh giá thực hiện KPI Trưng bày đối với PG/RS, đảm bảo việc triển khai được đồng bộ & nhất quán với Brand Guideline.
- Chuẩn hoá bộ biểu mẫu quản lý Sản xuất, cấp phát, triển khai & tồn kho POSM và tối ưu hiệu quả sử dụng.
- Quản lý & điều phối các hạng mục đầu tư quầy kệ, phối hợp với MKT/SI/MHTN đảm bảo việc thực hiện sản xuất, thi công đúng tiến độ.
- Theo dõi & duy trì Báo cáo đánh giá hiệu quả nhận diện/Sell-out sau đầu tư đối với các hạng mục quầy kệ.
- Cập nhật mới hoặc Thiết lập các Quy trình liên quan đến đầu tư & nghiệm thu quầy kệ.
- Triển khai các chương trình khuyến khích/thi đua trưng bày đối với các cửa hàng & SI kênh TR, MR, lên kế hoạch & triển khai các hội nghị khách hàng.
- Fieldwork thị trường (MCP) để kiểm tra việc triển khai trưng bày POSM, Quầy kệ tại điểm bán, tìm kiếm cơ hội đầu tư hình ảnh tại điểm bán và cải thiện vị trí trưng bày.
- Tương tác với các Bộ phận phụ trách liên quan của Account, đề xuất đầu tư hình ảnh, trưng bày
- POSM để gia tăng độ phủ & tần suất hiện diện thương hiệu Bluestone tại các điểm bán.

**_2. Brand Activation/Demo:_**
- Phối hợp với SI/PM/MKT lên lịch trình triển khai các hoạt động Activation/Demo tại các Keyshop.
- Chuẩn hoá quy trình Tổ chức - Thực hiện Activation/Demo, đảm bảo sự đồng bộ & tuân thủ theo thiết kế.
- Xây dựng đội ngũ nhân sự Trade, PG Demo chuyên nghiệp, giàu kỹ năng & thường trực.
- Phối hợp với MKT/PM, đa dạng hoá nội dung, hình thức triển khai Activation/Demo, tối ưu hiệu quả các Chương trình khuyến mãi & các hạng mục nhận diện.
- Báo cáo đánh giá chi tiết kết qủa thực hiện từng điểm diễn ra Activation/Demo, phân tích hiệu quả, điểm sáng/tối & giải pháp cải thiện.

- Lên kế hoạch Xây dựng Dự án B-Club
- Quản lý & vận hành dự án B-Club, phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan phát triển các nội dung, chương trình cho dự án.
- Lên kế hoạch, triển khai & theo dõi hiệu quả các chương trình phát sinh khác: SCT cho SI TR, trưng bày Tết TR,

- Tổng hợp & thống kê Weekly.

**2. SCT for FF Team**

- Kết hợp Sell-Out Report & Market Sensing Report để Brainstorm hình thức & nội dung SCT phù hợp.
- Lên SCT & triển khai đến Sell-out team.
- Theo dõi, tổng hợp & đánh giá hiệu quả chương trình.

**_3. Retail Mapping_**

- Xây dựng Quy trình tổ chức thực hiện & báo cáo Retail Mapping.
- Đào tạo đội ngũ nhân sự chuyên trách.
- Chuẩn hoá & tích hợp hệ thống DMS.
- Tổng hợp, báo cáo, phân tích & giải pháp.

**II. YÊU CẦU TUYỂN DỤNG**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học: Các chuyên ngành Quản trị Kinh doanh, Kinh tế, Ngoại thương, Thương mại.
- Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm về Trade Marketing.
- Có kiến thức và kỹ năng bán lẻ điện gia dụng, điện máy.
- Thành thạo MS. Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint).
