ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Reports to:
Cluster Head of Trade Marketing & Distribution

Reporting Level:
Manages Self & Others

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Lead & drive S&D (Sales & Distribution) strategy into regional level
  • Drive the regional team to achieve the assigned targets: volume, distribution, OOS
  • Management of Distributor and wholesalers to drive the RTM agenda of the region
  • Ensure the development and implementation of a Trade Coverage Plan for the region
  • Drive the regional team to achieve the assigned trade marketing objectives including visibility, stock freshness and off take performance at outlets
  • Implementation of brand campaigns by developing detained operational plans and to deliver the set campaign KPIs
  • Effective people management and coaching to bring the best of out of every individual including development plans and career plans

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or any related field.
  • Minimum experience of 9 years of Commercial experience in tobacco or similar FMCG category.
  • English, Vietnamese Fluent
  • Ability to work and deliver results under high pressure
  • Ability to work individually or as a team
  • Having knowledge on business process & procedures & market implementation/execution
