RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategically identify and cultivate new leads through targeted research.
  • Understand client needs and offer solutions and support by presenting company's services effectively.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure a deep understanding of company's capabilities and offerings.
  • Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closure, including negotiation and signing of contracts.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide feedback to the team on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.
  • Ensure a seamless transition of customer expectations and account responsibility to the implementation and customer service teams.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc., providing accurate reporting of sales activity and forecasts.

REQUIRMENTS:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the tech, game development, or digital entertainment industry.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and handle negotiations.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced startup environment.
  • Passion for gaming and digital technologies
