Regional Sales Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategically identify and cultivate new leads through targeted research.
- Understand client needs and offer solutions and support by presenting company's services effectively.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure a deep understanding of company's capabilities and offerings.
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closure, including negotiation and signing of contracts.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide feedback to the team on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.
- Ensure a seamless transition of customer expectations and account responsibility to the implementation and customer service teams.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc., providing accurate reporting of sales activity and forecasts.
REQUIRMENTS:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the tech, game development, or digital entertainment industry.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to understand customer needs and handle negotiations.
- Experience with CRM software and sales management tools.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced startup environment.
- Passion for gaming and digital technologies
