**MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**

Bạn sẽ đồng hành cùng Bộ phận Marketing & Sales cho các hoạt động marketing trên nền tảng Digital của Công ty. Các thương hiệu phụ trách: Bizman Sky - Restaurant & Lounge; My Mother Restaurant, Chuỗi Cowboy Zone Cafe và Huge-Fam Catering
- Triển khai kế hoạch, phân tích và triển khai chiến dịch quảng cáo sản phẩm, dịch vụ của Công ty trên các kênh Online: Google, Facebook, Zalo, Tiktok...;
- Triển khai kế hoạch, điều phối, thực hiện, phối hợp với các phòng ban có liên quan để phát triển các kênh Marketing Online nhằm đảm bảo các kế hoạch đã đặt ra;
- Triển khai các chiến dịch quảng bá và xây dựng thương hiệu qua các công cụ Digital Marketing, SMS Marketing, Affilate Marketing ), bao gồm cả triển khai thử nghiệm và đánh giá kết quả;
- Làm việc với các đối tác delivery Grab, Now, Baemin, Go Food để tối ưu hóa campaign promotion trên các nền tảng này;
- Hiểu rõ quy định của từng kênh digital để tối ưu nội dung, hình ảnh và chất lượng quảng cáo & tối ưu hóa chi phí;
- Theo dõi và tối ưu các chiến dịch quảng cáo, chi phí và tỷ lệ chuyển đổi, quản lý ngân sách và chi phí cho Digital Marketing;
- Thu thập, phân tích thông tin thị trường, thông tin về sản phẩm, thông tin về các chương trình Digital Marketing, Social Media của đối thủ cạnh tranh;
- Phối hợp với các phòng ban khác để thực hiện các công việc theo chỉ đạo của Ban Giám đốc;
- Báo cáo kết quả quảng cáo/truyền thông Digital Marketing theo kỳ (tuần, tháng, quý, năm) hoặc theo chương trình/ chiến dịch;
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Quản lý trực tiếp;
**YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC**
- Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng/ Đại Học chuyên ngành Marketing, PR, đa phương tiện, các ngành có liên quan trực tiếp đến Digital Marketing...;
- Từ 2 - 3 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên ở vị trí tương đương. Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực F&B/FMCG/Retail/...;
- Kỹ năng sử dụng thành thạo Tiktok Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads;
- Có kỹ năng triển khai chiến lược về mặt kỹ thuật số;
- Có kỹ năng và hiểu biết về các công cụ phân tích trên nền tảng Digital (ví dụ: GG adwords, Google analytics, Webmaster tool, SEMRush, SEOQuake, Ahref );
- Tác phong làm việc chuyên nghiệp, teamwork tốt, năng động, khả năng thuyết trình giao tiếp tốt, có tinh thần trách nhiệm trong công việc;
