About the Role

Job holder has accountable for MDRT development execution to achieve the MDRT quantity targets for PA channel (North)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to develop in planning, directing, and coordinating MDRT initiatives.
Act as main PIC in collaborating with other BUs and functions in driving MDRT initiatives:

  • Support project WS MDRT lead to prepare, plan, execute, monitor the project, training, initiatives to grow MDRT numbers.
  • Liaise with Agency Executive team on the MDRT tracking and monitoring.
  • Monitor/ track the funneling of MDRT pipelines by coordidated with Report team.
  • Coordinate with MKT/ ADS implement through different campaigns a clear and compelling consumer value proposition for MDRT at nest/exchange channel to enhance its competitiveness in the market.
  • Lead and implement potential MDRT club for nest/exchange nationwide.
  • Coordinate with Event team to ensure efficiency of activities, events, and training workshops.
  • Propose initiatives/ contest ideas and follow up, track and update contest result for Sales force.
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements
