A, GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The Account Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day Account, Client and Team Management.

This role will be the key point of contact for clients, facilitating and helping drive quality delivery of all content outputs.

You will also be responsible for delivering excellent work and maintaining relationships with key clients to execute on objectives and grow our marketing business.


B, MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1, Relationship management

  • Relationship management:
  • Handle client service with excellence to ensure a smooth working process between Client and Agency, adhering to company and client policies, and delivering client satisfaction.
  • Implement creative strategies to contact potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
  • Consult with potential customers to understand their business problems and work with them to define suitable opportunities for Web3 Marketing and KOL collaborations.
  • Thoroughly examine clients' businesses to understand their brands and objectives, proactively offering them the best solutions.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with key individuals, including project owners.
2, Project management

  • Take responsibility for personal and team revenue KPI, specifically related to Web3 Marketing and KOL bookings.
  • Clearly debrief and provide precise propositions and directions to the internal team to develop proposals and secure projects.
  • Contribute to presales efforts, including generating proposals and developing new service offerings for Web3 Marketing and KOL collaborations.
  • Understand and respect the role of each department in delivering great work and foster close working relationships.
  • Lead and manage execution by other team members, partners, and resources to ensure seamless coordination across all channels.
  • Control client budgets and revenuecost to ensure profitability for the company.
  • Foster high levels of team effectiveness, including trust, transparency, communication, collaboration, productivity, diversity, and engagement.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest digital tools and trends, especially those relevant to Web3 Marketing.
3, Other Tasks

  • Undertake other tasks assigned by the Line Manager related to Web3 Marketing and KOL booking services.
