- Lập kế hoạch và triển khai các hoạt động Digital Marketing
- Định hướng, tham mưu cho ban Giám đốc về chiến lược, kế hoạch thực hiện digital marketing,
- Xây dựng và trực tiếp triển khai kế hoạch chạy quảng cáo search (Google, Quora,...) và quảng cáo social (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Discord, Telegram, Tiktok, Zalo,..,) theo dõi, tổng hợp, phân tích và đưa ra hướng đề xuất cho trưởng phòng và BLĐ về định hướng quảng cáo phù hợp với thực tế.
- Triển khai hoạt động marketing trên các công cụ digital theo định hướng chiến lược của công ty.
- Phối hợp với bộ phận content để lập kế hoạch và phát triển nội dung cho các kênh digital đảm bảo đạt được KPIs.
- Sử dụng các công cụ phân tích hiệu quả hoạt động của các kênh digital
- Cập nhật xu hướng, áp dụng các kỹ thuật mới trong digital marketing.
- Tổng hợp, phân tích và quản trị data khách hàng từ các kênh online để có sự hiểu biết sâu sắc về chân dung, hành vi khách hàng online của từng nhãn hàng.
- Các công việc khác được giao bởi trưởng phòng và BLĐ.

**Chức vụ**: Nhân Viên/Chuyên Viên

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:

- Thu nhập: 8 -12 triệu (Bao gồm: Lương cứng, các khoản hỗ trợ + thưởng KPIs hàng tháng)
- Thưởng các ngày Lễ, Tết trong năm. Thưởng doanh số cuối năm.
- Được du lịch 2 lần/năm, được tham gia các hoạt động phong trào tại công ty.
- Làm việc từ T2 - T6 và sáng T7. Nghỉ chiều thứ 7 và ngày Chủ nhật.
- Tham gia BHXH, BHYT, BHTN theo quy định hiện hành.
- Các chế độ Sinh nhật, hiếu hỷ, ốm đau thăm hỏi đầy đủ theo quy định của Công ty.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực Digital marketing, E-commerce
- Có kiến thức bài bản, chuyên sâu về Digital Marketing.
- Sử dụng thành thạo các công cụ quảng cáo online: FB Ads, GG Ads...
- Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng các công cụ phân tích và đánh giá hiệu quả digital marketing
- Có khả năng phân tích, nắm bắt được xu hướng và tâm lý người dùng internet trên các nền tảng mạng xã hội Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Discord, Telegram, Tiktok, Zalo,...
- Đọc hiểu Tiếng Anh khá trở lên
- Tư duy hình ảnh tốt, có khả năng xử lý hình ảnh
