We are looking for an amazing
Account Executive to join our second-stage rocket ship

You'll be joining AppTweak at a super exciting time As the company is now expanding to South East Asia, we are looking for our first amazing employee to tackle the SEA business market and support the growth of the company in the region.

This position would report to the Head of International Growth who is based in Brussels.

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Responsibilities
-
Grow the company's Monthly Recurring Revenue in the region

  • Establish a deep understanding of AppTweak's business operations, including ASO competitive landscape, and internal tools & processes.
  • Own your full sales cycle from lead to close: conduct product demos to leads and followup until they convert into paying customers.
  • Assess leads requirements, solve their problems and anticipate future needs to increase revenue.
  • Develop durable and lasting customer relationships, increase retention and reduce churn through Customer Success initiatives.

Develop our presence and reputation in SEA

  • Promote and advocate AppTweak during major mobile marketing trade fairs and virtual events.
  • Organize and host ASOrelated networking events to increase brand awareness and reputation.
  • Understand the mobile industry and develop datadriven recommendations to generate new business opportunities.

Cross-team optimization:


  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure consistency in outreach campaigns and to increase brand awareness in SEA.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and help increase retention from our SEA customers.
  • Bring up suggestions on product improvements to the Product team.

Requirements:

Must-have:

  • Master's degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Sales or any relevant field
  • 3+ years experience in Sales with a proven track record of closing deals
  • Previous experience in developing and handling longlasting relationships with clients.
  • Perfectly fluent in Vietnamese and English
  • Thorough understanding of the SEA market and previous experience in the mobile marketing industry
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset; you're handson and autonomous. You find creative solutions to problems in a fastmoving environment
  • Proactive, resultsdriven, and highly organized
  • Brilliant communication skills (written & verbal) both with customers and within an organization
  • Ability to interact with a broad set of clients and the ability to present clearly online or inperson
  • Strong interest in new technologies, data, and/or apps.

Nice-to-have:

  • Former experience in a SaaS company
  • Knowledge in CRM software (e.g. Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, or other) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) is appreciated
  • Additional languages are definitively a plus
