Position Objective/Expectation
  • Keep existing clients and increase LCL, FCL sales volumes;
  • Propose strategies for business goals of company and achieve agreed sales targets
  • Increase company reputation in LCL, FCL co-loading market;
  • Draw up business plan for LCL, FCL sales;
  • Catch up with development and activities of trade lanes on the market.


Find and Contact New Customers, Introduce Company's Service:

LCL CARGO CONSOLIDATION, FCL, AIR


  • Develop relationships with existing customers.
  • There should be stable customers that can bring into the company.
  • Make the quotation based on customer's request with support from customer service department.
  • Make the contract with customers.

Follow the Shipments:

From cargo received at warehouse to the final destination (up to customer's request). For import shipments, check B/L and send final documents to Import Team before ETA.

  • Send Work Order of such shipments to Operation Department within 1 day after ETD/ETA, support Accounting Department in fulfilling customer's request and keep track of payment from customer.
  • Update calendar in outlook for HR to keep track of the schedule.
  • Make sales reports every week and other reports required by Country Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Country Manager.
  • Build and develop customer network to achieve assigned volume target and profit target for each month.
  • Collect information on the market and feedback to Country Sales Manager, Sales Supervisor.
  • Consult for customers about their shipments and our company services.
  • Interact with all overseas offices by sending/receiving information, sharing sales leads.
  • Deal with overseas agents for final overseas costs of EXW/DDU/DDP shipments.

Necessary Skills/Experience
  • Age: Above 30
  • Education Background: Bachelor's Degree, major in Business Management, Economics, Foreign Trade, Maritime or Engineering with subjects like logistics, port management, and shipping.
  • Experience: At least 5 years working experience in Sales in Shipping/Forwarding/Logistics.
  • Language: English - Business Level
  • Others:
  • Have a good relationship with shipping lines/carriers.
  • Get the source of FCL cargos.
  • Team player but must be able to work independently.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Sales orientation, achievement-driven.
  • Initiative, persuasive, and proactive.
