BGSVhas started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development.) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally._

Job Description:

  • Support in purchasing request for department _(contact vendor, getting quotation, raise purchase order and followup, receive goods and delivery, process payment request or expense claim request)_
  • Manage and record department assets and accessories
  • Manage and update employee list, _(internal and external)_ and department organizational chart
  • Prepare for new joiner _(internal and external)_: pickup new joiner, PC arrangement, create user ID
  • Coordinate with other department for associate benefit/ gifts
  • Support in organizing department meeting, workshop and other events
  • Support exit checklist for associates _(internal and external):_ exit checklist, record returned accessories
  • Support for accessories request/ exchange/ return for associates in department
  • Support in managing facilities and raising ticket for fixing or improvement
  • Support in receiving/ sending courier
  • Support in welcoming guest, invitation letter, investment certificate copies
  • Be willing to give support for Head of Department and department secretary for some arising issues

Qualifications:

- ** Must be 3rd

  • 4th** student in Business Administration, Secretary, Linguistic.
  • Able to work fulltime in 6 months.
  • Good English skills (especially Speaking and Writing)
  • Good communication and teamwork
  • Hard working, dynamic, detailoriented and well
- organized

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Power point)
