THE ROLE


The Graphic Designe Intern will assist with the design and adaptation of marketing materials for various mediums, including website, social media platforms, in-store point-of-sale materials (POSM), and more.


THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and make adaptation of graphic design content for branded communications, marketplace banners and other marketing collaterals such as posters, digital collaterals and EDMs.
  • Assist with resizing and modifying brand visuals to be displayed at designated stores. This may include adjusting dimensions, cropping, and optimizing images for different display sizes and formats while adhering to brand guidelines, color profiles, and image quality standards.
  • Assist in photo editing for website & other print materials.
  • Simple video editing for social media usage.
  • Other tasks upon request.

KEY ATTRIBUTES

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field Diploma in Graphic Design
  • Strong design skills and creativity
  • Experience with Creative Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop
  • Familiar with design principles such as color theory, typography and composition
  • Experience with Video Editing Software is a plus
  • Decent communication and collaboration skills
  • Enthusiastic, well organized and a selfstarter
  • Ability to work effectively with other team members as well as function independently.
