  • Conceptualize, manage and execute plans to build and elevate the brands and drive the company's business objectives
  • Marketing fundementals from research to analysis in a stragegic way to explore insights and develop into brand campaign to drive brand awareness and brand recall with brand health checking.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager and internal departments to implement, and manage marketing plans from conceptualization to execution including brand positioning, market intelligence, pricing, promotion and advertising opportunities, product value propositions, content creation, and launch execution of new products
  • Work with ATL, Media, Digital and Public Relations agencies, external media partners, and suppliers to drive smooth integration and execution of plans to meet campaigns' objectives and deliverables
  • Manage daytoday activities associated with all marketing efforts, including project management, creative development, crossfunctional implementation, new game concept development, campaign, and budget tracking and reporting as necessary as related to brand development and performance
  • Design marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
  • Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. facebook, tiktok, IG, website, blogs, press releases and podcasts, etc.)
  • Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
  • Liaise with Marketing (Retail Marketing & Agency, Designer), Commercial & Operation teams to ensure brand consistency on all touchpoints
  • Monitor ROI and KPIs
  • Stay uptodate with market trends

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • University Degree in Business Marketing or other related fields
  • Minimum of 34 years++ experience in an executive role
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Previous work experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performanceoriented channels.
  • Inplatform execution experience setting up campaigns in Facebook ads manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords.
  • Deep understanding of data or data modeling and able to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to identify opportunities within complex data and where these can be operationalized.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
  • Outstanding presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Critical thinker and creative.
