I. Với khách hàng

 Đảm bảo món ăn không chỉ đạt chất lượng cao về khẩu vị mà còn về mặt hình thức, đồng thời luôn được chế biến trong môi trường sạch sẽ và an toàn.

 Phối hợp với Bếp phó và Trưởng bộ phận Tạp vụ trong việc đảm bảo vệ sinh bộ phận Bếp cũng như an toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm.

 Phối hợp và theo dõi sát sao cùng bộ phận Tiệc trong việc kiểm soát số lượng và chất lượng món ăn.

II. Với nhân viên và đồng nghiệp

 Luôn giữ thái độ thân thiện, cởi mở và chuyên nghiệp giữa các phòng ban, đồng nghiệp và với cấp trên.

 Tham gia đóng góp ý kiến nhiệt tình trong các buổi họp sáng hàng ngày

 Duy trì cập nhật thông tin với bộ phận phục vụ bàn, đặc biệt lưu ý các nhu cầu của khách hàng.

 Đảm bảo đi làm đúng giờ, vệ sinh cá nhân sạch sẽ, tác phong làm việc chuyên nghiệp.

III. Về mặt chất lượng

 Đảm bảo món ăn được chế biến và trình bày theo đúng công thức và tiêu chuẩn đã đặt ra.

 Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý các khu vực Bếp khi Bếp phó vắng mặt.

 Duy trì sự ổn định và tính nhất quán trong quá trình chuẩn bị và chế biến món ăn.

IV. Về mặt lợi nhuận

 Duy trì chi phí thực phẩm dựa theo mức tiêu chuẩn mà Trưởng Bộ phận đã đặt ra mà vẫn đảm bảo chất lượng món ăn.

 Kiểm soát chi phí nhân công một cách hiệu quả.
