Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to formulate effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and present findings to senior management.
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote services and enhance brand awareness.
  • Manage key accounts and negotiate contracts to ensure profitability and long-term partnerships.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory requirements, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all business activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in general management within the logistics industry, demonstrating leadership and strategic decision-making abilities.
  • A proven track record of 10 years of experience in various roles within the logistics sector, showcasing comprehensive knowledge and expertise.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to drive business growth.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
