Job Description:

  • Work with BDM to achieve individual sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Maintain close relationship with existing clients
  • Maintain full, accurate and uptodate information relating to the latest status of all sales prospects in CRM including, the sales stage, copies of any visit reports, proposal, contract, etc.
  • Deal with customer objections by investigating issues and come up with solutions
  • Follow up with clients & trainers from precourse activities, during the training and to the postcourse following up
  • Develop strong relationships with trainers and other departments in the company
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports sent to BDM/BOD
  • Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive development
  • Coordinating sales effort with marketing programmes
  • Other tasks within scope of professional ability as per request from BDM/BOD

  • Able to communicate in English (both speaking and writing)
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
