  • To attend regional meeting & training
  • With coordination from other departments, manage activities related to customers' product specification complaints and products' scientific with correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements.
  • To read, update and follow company's standard operating procedures and guidelines in daily work.
  • To support Managers / Supervisors to make, review and improve standard operating procedures and guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Education Required:Diploma in College/ University or equivalent.

Minimum Experience Required:Min 2 years relevant working experience in field product marketing and/or sales/marketing management, preferably in IVD field.
-
Skills and Knowledge:Required PC literate, Good English Communication
-
Attitude Required:Higher sensitivity to work performance with positive mind-set of customer satisfaction, teamwork & compliance, strategic thinking.
-
Knowledge Desired but not Essential:Product knowledge about hematology, hemostasis, immunology & biochemistry, flow cytometry, marketing principals
-
Travel Requirement:Flexible to respond to customer request & regional meeting/training.
