This role is accountable for successfully execution of the PRUVenture strategies as well as achievement of the PRUVenture business objectives. The job holder is expected to manage a team including recruitment, coaching and sharing, daily monitor to support their daily business activities. The BDM needs to understand thoroughly internal relevant operational process and has a capability to develop business for his/her own team.

Vị trí Quản lý Kinh doanh Kênh Thành thị quản lý 1 team bao gồm việc tuyển dụng, huấn luyện, chia sẻ và giám sát để hỗ trợ họ các hoạt động kinh doanh hàng ngày. Quản lý kinh doanh Kênh thành thị cần phải hiểu rõ các quy trình vận hành nội bộ có liên quan và có năng lực để phát triển đội nhóm của mình.
- Job Responsibilities _/ Phạm vi công việc_

Business Development
- _Phát triển kinh doanh:_
- Build & implement business action plan (quaterly/ monthly/weekly) for delegated sales team following the PRUVenture strategy & direction.
- Xây dựng và thực hiện kế hoạch hành động kinh doanh (quý/ tháng/tuần) cho đội nhóm kinh doanh được phân công theo định hướng và chiến lược của The PRUVenture._
- Be responsible for APE contribution to consistently achieve and exceed the APE production; managing daily sales activities and the roll out of business activation plans to support for prospect creation and customer attraction.
- Chỉ đạo team luôn đạt và vượt chỉ tiêu doanh số bán (APE); quản lý hoạt động kinh doanh hàng ngày và triển khai các kế hoạch kích hoạt kinh doanh nhằm hỗ trợ việc tạo nguồn và thu hút những khách hàng thành thị tiềm năng._
- Be responsible for effectively managing sales team by monitoring & advising structured day; keeping track attendance; monitoring and supporting for customer calling program.
- Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý hiệu quả nhóm kinh doanh bằng cách giám sát và tư vấn cho các hoạt động kinh doanh trong ngày; theo dõi việc đi làm; giám sát và hỗ trợ các hoạt động gọi điện thoại cho khách hàng_

People Management
- _Quản lý con người:_
- Providing on-the-job coaching and sales counselling ; conducting Joint-Field-Work (JFW) and providing them with a constructive feedback for improvement; ensuring team are well equipped with all the necessary skills for achieving an effective customer approach.
- Thực hiện huấn luyện trên thực tế công việc và tư vấn bán hàng; tham gia hoạt động bán hàng thực tế và đưa ra những ý kiến phản hồi mang tính xây dựng để giúp team tiến bộ; đảm bảo team được trang bị đầy đủ những kỹ năng cần thiết để có thể tiếp cận khách hàng một cách hiệu quả._
- Be responsible for Team recruitment by _direct sourcing_, proactively involving in the selection & recruitment process to achieve monthly target of new recruits; and accountable to attract and retain Teams.
- Chịu trách nhiệm tuyển dụng Team bằng cách chịu trách nhiệm tuyển dụng trực tiếp, hỗ trợ công tác tạo nguồn ứng viên, tích cực tham gia vào quy trình tuyển chọn để đạt chỉ tiêu tiểu dụng mới hàng tháng; và chịu trách nhiệm thu hút và giữ chân Team_
- Be responsible for coordinatively implementing of the PRUVenture Program and supporting Teams to pursue learning and development plan; and ensuring Teams are strictly adherence to the training requirements.
- Có trách nhiệm phối hợp thực hiện triểu khai chương trình PRUVenture và hỗ trợ Team tham gia đầy đủ kế hoạch học tập và phát triển; và đảm bảo Team đáp ứng yêu cầu đào tạo._

Operation, Risk Management & Others

- Be accountable for fostering a compliance culture as well as managing operational & compliance risks by liaising with the Compliance Coordinator to implement PVA internal controls & Group Compliance Policies.
