1. Achievement of business plan
- Establish a stable sales structure by calculating each agency's monthly appropriate purchase volume and selling price.
- Establish a sales policy to improve profit and loss.
- Establishment of a sustainable and stable distribution network
- Create a foundation for our stable profits by selecting and nurturing strategic partners by region. Searching for potential customers.
- Develop and continuously manage customized development programs for each agency.
- Analyze domestic and international market trends and prepare for changes.
- Implementation of a salesperson job development program
- Develop efficient time management skills through timeallocation analysis.
- Foster regional experts by cultivating regional information collection and analysis capabilities.
- Cultivate planning/analysis ability through PT writing and presentation skills upgrade
- Other responsibilities shall be followed to assignment by the manager.

Yêu cầu công việc:
1 Bachelor or College degree holder;
years' experience as sales executive level. Prefer experience in Flooring /MDF industry, wood-base industry, building material, furniture, or relevant field;
3 Active, positive mind, loyal, responsible and leading attitude of work;
4 Ability to work well with others and portray good people skills, communicate with business counterparts in an efficient and friendly manner;
5 Good sales order monitoring skills;
6 Passionate, hard worker and well-organized professional with the power to prioritize and multitask;
7 Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel; English communication is preferred;
