- Tham gia bộ phận Account mảng Influencer, PR, Digital Marketing định hướng IMC marketing.
- Hỗ trợ phát triển khách hàng mới, duy trì, nuôi dưỡng và quản lý các mối quan hệ nhỏ và vừa.
- Chủ động nhận brief (yêu cầu KH), tư vấn, lên kế hoạch đề xuất, gửi proposal và báo giá, hợp đồng với khách hàng. Đồng thời quản lý sự kỳ vọng & hài lòng của KH.
- Chủ động đề xuất ý tưởng sáng tạo, định hướng kế hoạch để giải quyết các vấn đề chung của dự án và công ty.
