- Aggressively opening new, sales and services to Key Accounts (big International and local Advertising Agencies and Top Brand Clients) is an important part of the job,
- Team member recruit, orient, manage, and train team as capable of handling Key Accounts.
- Maintains team member's job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results,
- Determines annual action plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results to achieve annual gross profit,
- Stimulates, inspires, and leads team to achieve target & increase income (bonus) for him/herself and sales team members,
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Works with related departments to create digital/IMC proposals.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Do weekly/ monthly sales reports.

- Required skills: Time Management, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Energy Level, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, and Motivation for Sales.
- Dynamic, ambitious, detailed & result oriented, cando attitude.
- Good command of English.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
