- Khả năng tự nghiên cứu, cập nhật xu hướng thị trường, xu hướng tiêu dùng của khách hàng, và các xu hướng công nghệ sử dụng trên các kênh social để ứng dụng vào công việc
- Khả năng tổng hợp, hiểu và phân tích dữ liệu
