General Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment plans to attract the best and brightest talents for DKSH
  • Work closely with the team in identifying and analyzing all key recruiting metrics, issues and proposing appropriate solutions that meet business needs
  • Understand business complexities and implement sourcing strategies for niche roles including ascertaining the need for partnering executive search firms
  • Establish yourself as the expert and build trusted talent acquisition partners relationship with hiring managers and HR Business Partners
  • Assist in communicating effectively and creatively on recruitment related activities (internal/external)
  • Develop collaboration opportunities with colleges, universities and professional associations as part of graduate recruitment/internship programs
  • Participate in career fairs and other recruitment activities and projects e.g. employer branding

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • Able to manage challenging timelines and strong follow up
  • Selfmotivated and excellent organizing skills with strong sense of commitment to meet deadlines
  • Attention to details, willing to invest time in resourcing and research
  • Proactive and possess an alert, inquiring mind

Education

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Business Management or any related discipline

Work Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' recruiting experience
  • Experience working in multinational environments preferred although experience working in high volume RPO or agency environments are welcome too
