What you will do:

1. 50% of the scope

  • Align business objectives and goals with Country Director and Head of Sales quarterly, ensuring marketing responsibilities and KPIs are aligned and defined, marketing budget are planned and tracked throughout the year
  • Develop marketing funnels to establish relationships with new customers and partners in the industry (through banks, SaaS companies, fintech startups, etc.), and to drive conversions through marketing campaigns and tactics to support sales productivity (promotions for nurturing offline relationships, eventbased referrals, trade shows, etc.)
  • Manage online digital campaigns to increase brand awareness, maintain engagement and drive traffic to website, ultimately convert users to Marketing Qualified Leads
  • Work closely with the regional PR team to develop press releases and manage public relations strategy (events, press conferences, etc.) to capture the share of voices and maintain a positive tone of voices on relevant top tier media outlets (business, economy, finances, etc )
2. 30% of the scope

  • Collaborate with regional digital marketing team to understand, analyze campaign performance, understand the drivers of ROI, identify key learnings and iterate quickly
  • Work closely with the regional communications team to develop content marketing on blogs, monitoring SEO performance.
  • Analyze and interpret market trends, business data and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and develop corresponding marketing strategies and initiatives to drive growth
  • Take initiatives to manage crosscountries and regional projects for branding and product development
  • Regularly report to the relevant teams on campaign performance and OKRs.

20% of the scope:

  • Manage team of juniors by efficiently allocating resources and manpower, ensuring tasks are completed timely
  • Work closely with creative design team to develop relevant marketing collaterals
  • Work closely with finance team to track and report monthly marketing budget vs. spending

Requirements:

What you will need:

Must-haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • At least 8 years of related working experience, preferably in B2B marketing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese (would be added advantage)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills
  • Experience in driving resultoriented marketing campaigns with good network of freelancers/vendors/production house/agencies to support the execution of strategies
  • Experience in driving public relations activities with a good number of PR media contacts especially for finance, economy and business related media
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to clearly present ideas, updates and results to business partners on various levels
  • Outstanding team player with an business partnership mindset to interact effectively with marketing and nonmarketing colleagues
  • Balanced individual who brings 'can do' motivation to work every day, able to proactively thinks about what needs to come next
  • Demonstrates ability to prioritize task and activities effectively; focus on critical few, communicates and aligns conflicting priorities & proposes solutions
