About the Opportunity


The Regional Finance Manager will lead the regional finance function which provides reporting, compliance and business intelligence to Discova Global at a sustainable cost, consistently delivers financial support for business leaders to help drive sustainable growth and probability.


Responsibilities

  • Offer ideas and initiatives to the business to enhance results and productivity
  • Collaborate and share expertise with the business to ensure all their reporting needs are met
  • Assist Business Leaders with business planning, budgeting & forecasting and business review
  • Monitors business performance
  • Lead and review the regional financial and management reporting
  • Assess and communicate risk control, compliance and mitigation prevention as required
  • As the SME business partner to lead, coordinates, monitor and participating in various finance projects in the business
  • Ensure adherence to Group's reporting requirements & timelines
  • Prepare insightful analysis of actual results vs. budget and prior year for the region
  • Manage Regional finance cost budget
  • Compliant to all financial regulations and legislation throughout the region
  • Actively looking for opportunities to enhance business performance and cost saving initiatives
  • Review, develop and implement processes which can enhance the operational and financial/accounting efficiencies
  • Resolve any financial reporting issues resulting from the implementation of ERP system
